Welcome to my sanctuary, where I provide life coaching, travel advice, and energy healing. I work as a medical technician during the day at a nearby VA hospital, where I advocate for the health of our distinguished veterans. As the light goes down, I become an author and energy healer, connecting with the innate vibrations that can transform the body, mind, and soul.

I've had the good fortune to experience an incredible love journey, being married to my high school sweetheart when we were both 24. For over a decade, we have supported one another like a rock. Together, we're raising a vivacious, larger-than-life daughter who brings joy, love, and, possibly, a few gray hairs into our family. My daily motivation to support others in feeling equally appreciated and powerful comes from her radiant personality.

Whenever I'm not attending to my work or parental responsibilities, you can find me engrossed in the world of sports—more specifically, hockey. My other interests include getting lost in a good book and daydreaming about international travel. I feel a strong connection to nature, as seen by my fondness for ocean creatures and the majesty of lions.

My love of 1990s and early 2000s pop culture compass is accentuated by a soundtrack of enduring boy bands. If you're curious about what I'm into, I love Disney, Harry Potter, I Love Lucy, and The Golden Girls. These timeless works feed the creative fire I've had burning inside me since I was seven. I self-published my first children's book in 2022, fulfilling a lifelong desire. Last but not least, two feline friends and two canine confidantes enliven my home with their joyful mayhem of four lovely animal babies.
